At CCPS our youngest learners step into the exciting world of STEM through fun, hands-on activities that make big ideas easy to understand. Kindergarten through 2nd-grade students build, experiment, and solve problems while developing critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills. By turning play into discovery, we inspire curiosity early and set our CCPS students up for future success!

Hello, and welcome to CCPS STEM! I began my teaching career at Cullman City Primary School in 2007 where I taught 1st grade for a total of 12 years before accepting the STEM Teacher position in 2022. I have a B.S. & Masters Degree in Elementary Education. My husband, Nathan, and I have been married since 2006. We have two amazing boys, Graham and Rhett. I enjoy serving on the ONE30 Missions Board at my church. I also love to cook and travel with my family.
