A Message from Mrs. Shaddix

 

Dear CCPS Families,

I would like to welcome you to the 24-25 school year at Cullman City Primary School. Our school consists of one pre-K blended needs classroom, two- 3 year old Head Start classrooms, three- 4  year old OSR/Head Start classrooms, 14 kindergarten, 13 first grade classrooms and 12 second grade classrooms! We have over 800 students at CCPS ranging from 3-8 years of age. 

CCPS and Head Start have 93 faculty and staff members who work diligently to meet the needs of our students. They incorporate technology, small group instruction and progress monitoring to ensure students are learning at every level. They are true professionals who are often asked to share their knowledge and expertise with other schools. We have many visitors each year on our campus to observe the wonderful activities that are happening in our amazing classrooms.

I encourage you to stay informed of our school and classroom events through our take home folders and our social media platforms. We use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to communicate activities and events at CCPS. Please feel free to contact me at any time regarding questions or suggestions you may have about our school’s procedures or curriculum.

I can assure you that your child is in the very best hands at CCPS. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring student success during his/her formative years. I am looking forward to a great year at CCPS!
