Welcome to the Whale Class!
Welcome to the Whale Class! My name is Jill Wright. While this is my 7th year of teaching, this is my 2nd year teaching at CCPS. I taught in HeadStart Prek last year, and now I am moving up to Kindergarten! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University in 2003. I taught for 5 years until I took a 14 year break to stay at home with my children. I am married to my husband Dave, and we have 4 boys: Grayson (19), Griffin (15), Graham (13), and Grady (8). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, drinking lots of coffee, serving at my church, and watching my boys play baseball and use their creative talents in music and theater. I'm looking forward to meeting all of my little whales and families, and I am excited to see what this 2024-2025 school year holds!
